Today I will tell you how to create a blog almost free and start making money by monetizing your blog with real and 100% working method.

I started my blogging career 5 years ago and today I will share all my top tips for starting a blog from scratch. 

I have learned many things over the years that would be helpful for you to start a blog.

Now you get started is to actually sit down and just go for it don’t worry about things being perfect in the beginning.  

There’s going to be no one reading your blog at the beginning. It means you have a lot of time to just sort through.

You must have the habit of writing.  I see a lot of people starting blogs and super excited the first two weeks and then they lose steam.

They can’t keep it up and by not putting a lot of pressure on yourself at the beginning.

Why Create a blog

There are many reasons to start a new blog. Some of the Reason to start a blog are given below

• You earn good relations with the community with social media, comments or email.
• Through Blogging, you become a writer.
• You become a celebrity and inspire other people.
• You can promote physical business to online business through blogging.
• As a popular personality, you become more confident.
  

There are many reasons to choose blogging as a career because it needs less investment and time to get started. Then why not create your first blog today.

I started my first blog on bloggers which is a free platform through Google. I was there for one and a half years. Then I ultimately switched to WordPress.

WordPress is not free so in the beginning, you just need a small investment for hosting.  

When you start anything in life you should try to sit down and figure it out. Why you are doing this and what you want your end goals.

Start Your First Blog

Now you can start your first blog by choosing the best domain and hosting. In the beginning, you just need a small investment of $30(hosting + Domain).

There are following step by step procedure to start your first blog.

1. Choose a platform (CMS)
2. Select Domain Name
3. Select Best Hosting
4. To do Some Setting of Blog
5. Select Best Design or Theme
6. Start Earning

Let’s explain all these steps deeply.

1. Choose a platform (CMS)

CMS stands for Content Management Software. It is a blogging platform like Blogger (Blogspot), WordPress, Wix, Drupal, Joomla, etc where you can set up all your blog data, page or post.

2. Select Domain Name

It is a very important step. You choose the appropriate domain for your blog. It is important because the domain reflects the niche of your blog.

Select the domain according to the niches. For example, if you go with a laptop niche website then select domain laptopsgeek.com.

The following guide will help to choose the domain

1. Keep in mind your domain name must be related to the niche of the blog.
2. The name must be short, easy to remember and easy to pronounce.
3. Always select.Com, if not available then select .Net.Org.Info or .Co. If you are targeting a specific country then select with the country extension for example for Pakistan it is .Pk.
4. Ignore number and dash in the domain.

3. Select Best Hosting

Hosting is a place where you can store all your files on a website. Files including text files, CSS files, images, videos, etc. It is available and accessible all over the world.

In the previous year, I tried many hosting providers but I found Siteground, Bluehost and Namecheap the best and cheapest hosting provider.

4. To do Some Setting of Blog

In this step, attach your domain with the hosting provider. Select the above hosting provider,  buy a hosting plan according to your budget. Login to Cpanel installs WordPress.

5. Design Your Blog

After installing WordPress theme design your blog. It is also the most important step. Here are some of the important things to do after creating a blog.

 In this step, you can 

1. Change  theme
2. Add a user
3. Install important plugins 
4. Add page
5. Adding categories
6. creating a navigation menu
7. Write your first post

6. Start Earning

After completing all the steps then you can choose the source of earning from your blog. It can be AdSense, Affiliate marketing or eCommerce.

After gaining some experience you will learn many other different ways to monetize your blog.

As a beginner, monetize your blog with Google AdSense. It is a simple way to earn money online from blogging.

Your income depends on the number of people you bring to your blog. More people you bring and make more money with your blog.

You can focus on these two points that bring traffic to the blog.

1. Quality Contents
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

First of all focus on quality content. People enjoy your content or helpful to solve their problems. Quality contents are not enough for a long term blog. You have to make some SEO Search Engine Optimization.

Search Engine Optimization needs your full attention. It would be further divided into two categories

• On-Page SEO
• Off-Page SEO

You can also bring traffic from social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Linkedin, etc.

Step 2 and 3 are very easy to learn. But try to focus on step 4. It has some technical difficulties you can watch above my video learn and do the same setting.

Step 5 needs some of your attention. Because designing and making SEO friendly blogs is very difficult. You can watch videos on youtube and implement settings according to your theme. To do the setting with the use of important plugins.

Step 6 is more important because you are now starting to make money with your blog. Follow Google guidelines for SEO, post quality content regularly and to do some off-page SEO (Backlink).
