Regularization of Educators in Punjab:
APPOINTMENT AS PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER. In compliance with the Punjab Regularization of Service Act, 2018 amended 2019, issued by the Govt, of the Punjab School Education Department Notification No. 2-2252017 on the recommendation of the Scrutiny Committee constituted by the undersigned being appointing authority in the light of Regularization Act 2018 amended 2019 in the meeting held on 10-12-2019.

Regularization of Contract Employees 2019 Notification
Under the convener ship: of the Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School Fazilpur, the following Elementary School! Educators already recruited on contract basis under the provision of Contract Recruitment Policy 2013-14 issued by the School Education Department arc hereby appointed as Primary School Teacher in BS-14 (15180-1170-30280) on Regular basis in relaxation of rule 16 and 17 of the Punjab Civil Servant (appointment and conditions of service) rule 1974, with immediate effect , against the post presently held by them.
Terms & Conditions
1. These appointment will be subject to the fulfillment of the Punjab civil servant (Appointment and Conditions of service) Rules, 1974.
2. The period of these appointees served under contract employment shell not be counted for any purpose like pension. gratuity, leave etc on their regular appointment under the Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974 and the Rules, framed there under time to time.
3. The Salary of above said teachers will be fixed under the rules. .
4, The Contract Employees who do not intend to be appointed on regular bases should furnish their options to the appointing authority within 30 days from the date of issuance of this appointment letter. On their options they may continue with their present terms and conditions of their contract and 00 extinction in contract shalt be
allowed.
5. Their seniority will be fixed under pare and subsections (1X2) all the Punjab regularization of services Act. 2018.
6. The said orders may not be implemented if any Teacher Is less than 03 years continuous contract service up to 10-12-2019 Punjab regularization of pct. 2018, amended 2019.
7. The Educators, who have been Regularized subject to the verification of Degrees 1 Certificates, will provide
verified Degree! Certificate at the time of their pay fixation. In case of non compliance the Regularization will stand automatically cancelled.
8. In case of acceptance of above mentioned terms and conditions Sr.No. 1 to 07 Joining will be made
accordingly.
